Iran’s Hadipour Named FISU’s Best Male Athlete - Sports news

The Iranian won the men’s 54 kilogram event for the third consecutive Summer Universiade in Naples.

South Korean short track speed skater Kim A-lang received the best female athlete honor, following the double gold won the 24-year-old at Krasnoyarsk 2019.

The Argentinian University Sports Federation received the best FISU promotion project for their booth at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires.

The best national sports federation was awarded to Japan after the country topped the medals table at Naples 2019.
