Zob Ahan Goalie Mazaheri on Persepolis’s Radar - Sports news

Persepolis goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand will likely leave the team in January transfer window.

Mazaheri, 29, was a member of Iran national football team in the 2018 World Cup but was an unused substitute in three matches against Morocco, Spain and Portugal.

Mazaheri spent seven years in the youth academy of Fajr Sepasi before joining the youth teams of Esteghlal Ahvaz in 2009. He started his senior career with Esteghlal Ahvaz in 2010 and Joined Foolad a year later.

Mazaheri penned a deal with Zob Ahan in 2014 and helped the Isfahan-based football team win Hazfi Cup twice in 2014–15 and 2015–16 seasons.
