ASTARA, Oct. 16 (MNA) – Officials of IRGC’s Quds Force in Gilan province, northern Iran, on Tue. lcomed foreigners in Astara, who are crossing into Iran for the Arbaeen march, the world's greatest pilgrimage, toward Karbala in Iraq.
