“Kelileh and Friends” honored at Iraqi festival 

TEHRAN – “Kelileh and Friends”, a movie produced at Iran’s Saba Animation Center, has been named the best animated film at the 12th Ghadir International Media Festival, Saba announced on Wednesday.

Directed by Orod Peykanfar, the movie centers on the events happening to a number of animals in a jungle.

The Ghadir Satellite Television organizes the festival annually, and the motto of this year’s edition was “Victory Is Complete with Words and Pictures”, Iraqakhabar reported.

More than 500 media and arts activists as well as 150 media institutes and TV and radio channels from Muslim countries took part in the event.



Mount Damavand is the highest peak in Iran and the highest volcano in Asia.
