Iranian films line up for intl. festivals

TEHRAN – A lineup of movies by Iranian filmmakers will be competing in two international events.

Bystander” by Sheida Kashi and “Exist” by Peyam Shadnia will be screened at SAGA – the Adelaide International Women’s Film Festival, which will be held in the Australian city from June 1 to 3, the organizers have announced.

The 6th Constantine’s Gold Coin International Animation Festival, which will take place in Nis, Serbia from July 23 to 27, will screen “Hezar Afsan” by Asghar Safar, and “Looloo” by Kianush Abedi and Nima Majlesi.
